The WALDECK Peterborough Phantoms are thrilled to announce that defenceman Tom Norton will be back for his 11th consecutive season!
Tom Norton first joined the Phantoms roster as a 23-year-old in the 2012/13 season, and has gone on to play 569 game in a Phantoms jersey. He’s put up 423 points in his time with the Phantoms, has lifted an impressive SIX trophies ( 2 x Playoffs, 2 x National Cup, 1 x Autumn Cup, 1 x South Playoffs.), and has been voted Phantoms d-man of the year 4 times!
Tom Norton had the following to say on his re-signing: “I obviously say this every year, but it’s a no brainer to sign another season with the Phantoms - this team is my home and I wouldn’t want to play anywhere else.I’m excited to build on our playoff success, and continue to show that we are a cup challenging team in their league! Slava is again building a fantastic roster to do that and I am excited to be apart of it. Have a great summer, and I look forward to seeing everyone at the start of the season.”
