The WALDECK Peterborough Phantoms are thrilled to announce the re-signing of 21-year-old Jasper Foster!
Jasper will be back with the Phantoms for his 4th consecutive season. He first joined the roster in the 21/22 season and has gone on to play 158 games in Phantoms colours putting up 51 points. He has solidified his spot as a fan favourite in Peterborough through his hard hitting style of play and his bold personality both on and off the ice.
Jasper Foster had the following to say on his re-signing: “I’m really excited to be back for another season and to be with a team that’s ready to compete for more silverware!”
Head Coach Slava Koulikov commented: “I’m really hoppy to have Jasper back for his 4th season. Jasper has some really good tools at his disposal - he skates extremely well, has really good hands, his shot is hard and accurate and he is not afraid for the physical game.
"Jasper has matured and grown over the last three seasons. His role was mainly outside of the top 9, but with the injuries we had over the last two years, Jasper got a lot of games in the top 9 rotations.
"This will be a big year for Jasper as he will be given a top 9 position and I have no doubt that if Jasper commits to having the best prep in the summer, he will take it with both hands and have another good season in Phantoms colours.”
