The WALDECK Peterborough Phantoms are thrilled to welcome back defensemen Scott Robson for his testimonial year!
We are delighted to announce that #11 Scott Robson has been awarded a testimonial for his outstanding service to the club over the past 10 years! Scott first joined the Phantoms in the 2014/15 season, and has gone on to become; Double Playoff Champion, South Playoff Champion, Autumn Cup Champion, National Cup Champion and South Cup Champion! In his last 9 seasons has made over 400 appearances and put up over 150 points!
Head Coach Slava Koulikov commented : “I am delighted that Robo is returning for his tenth season and as recognition for his outstanding contribution on and off the ice, we look forward to awarding him his testimonial.
Where have the years gone? Robo joined the club in my first full season as Phantoms coach and made an immediate impact, bringing in our first Playoff trophy in the 14/15 season. Over the next eight seasons, he has continued in the same vein and has been at the heart of the teams successes. Robo is a leader; he is a massive presence on the ice with the most shots blocked in Phantoms history and has the full respect of all the players and coaching staff.
At 28 and with so much experience, I am looking forward to Robo passing his knowledge to younger players and continuing to play a big part on the ice in the upcoming season!”
