Stuart Allen Memorial Game This Saturday

Stuart Allen Memorial Game This Saturday

This Saturday see’s the annual Stuart Allen Memorial Game taking place at Planet Ice Peterborough, when the Peterborough Predators take on the Milton Keynes Rumble.

After a year off due to Covid, the game makes a welcome return, and this year is raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital charity.

The game is played each year between the Preds and the Rumble in memory of Stuart Allen who sadly lost his life whilst returning home from a game between the two sides in Milton Keynes in 2005. As well as playing for the ‘Preds’, Stuart was a Phantoms fan and attended all of the clubs games alongside his family.

Doors open at 7.30pm with face off at 8pm. Admission is FREE.

A charity raffle will be held on the night with the opportunity to win Lewis Hook’s game used hockey stick from the 2021 IIHF World Championship in Latvia, Tickets to see the Wizard of Oz at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham, a Signed Phantoms Game Worn shirt as well as other prizes.

If you’re not travelling to Sheffield, we look forward to seeing you at the rink on Saturday night.
