Porsche Centre Cambridge, Driving The Grass Roots to Success

The Peterborough DALROD Phantoms are delighted to welcome Porsche Centre Cambridge to the increasing Sponsors family for the 2016/17 season.

The Phantoms Management and coaching staff are committed to increase links and bonds between our grass Roots and the senior squad. The dediction from both organisations is to work hard on developing and executing new ideas, aspirations and showing unity to our fans, and the families and players of our Academy system. The Academy is part of the Phantoms family and we want those young players to be inspired by our players and coaches and being proud to pull on the Phantoms jersey at any level. The Phantoms community philosophy is paramount and this starts at home with our future stars of the City.

Porsche Centre Cambridge has embraced our drive and commitment, and couldn’t wait to be a part of this. Porsche Centre Cambridge have researched into our city. They are excited at the diversity the city has, and wants to give back to the community through the Academy, Learn to Play scheme and hockey schools the Phantoms run throughout the year.

Porsche Centre Cambridge will be regular visitors at the games and exhibiting to you a selection of cars available, this starts this evening, so please give them a Phantoms welcome. Porsche are very keen to come and meet the parents and players of the Academy, so watch this space for a visit.

As Porsche are notoriously known for its super sports cars, many wouldn’t know or would be surprised to find out Porsche has an alternative option to BMW, Mercedes and Audi that possibly would spring to mind when looking for a family car.

Andy Matthews, Sales Manager at Porsche Centre Cambridge says ‘We are delighted to sponsor the Peterborough Phantoms and the Phantoms Academy for the 2016/17 season and hope that many young players will benefit from our support. I will be attending matches regularly so look forward to meeting many Ice Hockey enthusiasts over the next few months’.
