We’re delighted to welcome back Peterborough legend #18 Shaun Yardley for his 18th season in Peterborough colours!
Shaun brings us a wealth of experience which includes 377 games in the EPIHL and 255 points. Alongside winning a treble with the Phantoms in 08/09 and the Islanders in 16/17.
His ability to read the game is unmatched in this league, and his calmness on the puck and playmaking ability makes him such a valuable member of the team in all situations.
‘Yards’ had this to say on his return ‘I really enjoyed my time with the team last season. After speaking with some players about this coming season and who is coming back, it was a no brainier to sign again! I know my role in the team and what’s needed from me. With all of the young players coming through, I hope I can help them get to the next level of their ice hockey career.’
